About Rabiya
From a pipe workshop to a complete industrial partner
Founded in Jubail in 1996, Rabiya now employs 1,420 people across construction, prefabrication and operational maintenance. Our 12,000 m² workshop and permanent teams in four industrial cities support work measured against clear safety and quality standards.

Piping and prefabrication
Fabrication, installation and testing of pressure and utility piping up to 600 lb, with hydrostatic testing, insulation and coating to ASME B31.3 and ISO 3834.

Steel structures
Fabrication and installation of structures, platforms and supports at 420 tonnes per month, with 120-tonne cranes and CNC lines to AISC and AWS D1.1.

Electrical and controls
Substations up to 115 kV, PLC and DCS systems, and distribution and protection panels to IEC 61439 and IEEE 80.

Operational maintenance
Three-to-five-year contracts, planned shutdowns, spare-parts management and emergency response to ISO 55001 and ISO 45001.
