Our story
We began with one oven and four tables
Grandfather Abu Rashid opened the shop in 1986 to sell bread and hummus to market workers. Today the recipes and stone oven remain, while a team of forty keeps the flavours true.
Charcoal grills, bread baked before your eyes and starters prepared each morning from the vegetable market. Sit down and leave the rest to us.

“We ordered grills for four and left planning our next visit. The bread alone is worth the journey.”
“We booked the private room for a business dinner. The service was precise and the timing spot on, which is rare.”
“The kunafa is baked to order, so we waited a little; it was entirely worth it.”
